Chicago's Top Paranormal Author announces the Resurrection Mary & the Hauntings of Archer Avenue tour on 12/12/09

Saturday December 12th again the Resurrection Mary & the Hauntings of Archer Avenue tour with Chicago's top paranormal author, Ms. Ursula Bielski. She will host the tour she created and was the original one that showcased haunted Archer Avenue and Resurrection Mary Haunts.

Few roads in the world rival the super-haunted reputation of Chicago's Archer Avenue, home to some of the city's most legendary ghost stories, including the most famous Vanishing Hitchhiker on earth, Resurrection Mary. This road was constructed by poor Irish immigrants --builders of the controversial and ill-funded Illinois & Michigan Canal-- who laid down the road over an ancient Indian trail known for its spiritual powers. The slavelike conditions of their labor, their deaths from hunger, thirst, disease and violence: all live on in the deep folklore of this storied region.

Join her for a very special trip down this fabled road, when you will travel from its beginnings in haunted Chinatown to its darkest burial ground: the mournful churchyard of St. James at Sag Bridge. Along the way we'll glimpse Kaiser Hall in old Bridgeport, where the Devil himself once came to dance.

You will see the home of Mary Bregovy - believed by some to be the source of the Resurrection Mary legend. She will tell the tales of the abandoned Union Stockyards, where Mary worked in the factories of Packingtown, and pass the funeral home which prepared her body for burial. Late into the evening, you will view the Willowbrook Ballroom, famed stomping ground of Chicago's most famous ghost, and other locations.

Edward Shanahan will be joining Ursula once it gets to the S.W.Side. Shanahan has lived his whole life within 5 minutes of the S.W. Sides most haunted locations, some that are not visited by other paranormal tours. Shanahan and his Psychic and Paranormal Abilities has been written about in 4 paranormal books, including Ursula Bielski's new book 'Chicago Haunts 3'. Haunted Insane Asylum Overnight is coming.
Saturday June 13 to Sunday the 14th.

one of a kind Beyond the Veil at the Bartonville
Insane Asylum in Peoria, IL.

We have a daylight video tour of location and I just
added the Internet radio interview Annette and I had
on our show with J.C. Harris who assists running
the location. If you have not heard it yet, I

Mr. Harris is expecting may happen to me on this

All I can say is what I'm feeling as time gets
closer to this night. This may be a night of picking
up all kinds feelings from the many spirits, deaths
and those who where the Incurable Insane and
knew no other home then the Insane Asylum.
I've experienced many places, some like the
Villisca Axe Murder House I could not only feel
but seen in my mind what happened.

One location in the Chicago area that I can not
call by name here, I was hit by all the emotions
of the dead and living and they hit me from
all directions all at one time and was never
ending and actually pushed me against the
wall as I was being hit from all directions by
the emotional feelings in the place of the
Spirits and the living. So I'm just wondering
what this place holds for me and maybe
all of those who attend.

Michelle who is a Spirit Seer will be joining
me and Ursula on this night, as will the
LAPS Investigation Team. We will also
have Ursula's Ghost Box with us on this
night.

Bits of this and that

Hello Friends,

Whew is about the best way to start this blog. I've been a
bit busy, Thanksgiving was the 1st weekend I did not
have something going on with either the paranormal stuff
or doing parties.

Since August I have been taking groups of individuals to
the haunted Scutt Mansion in Joliet, and working with
Historical Societies, involved with others on their tours
and the house parties. Already booked into January.
Busy but I enjoy it.

Ursula Bielski and I have already set some locations
for our Beyond The Veil, with the 1st one coming up
in January. Details will be known shortly.

This Sunday the 14th, is the start Annette's and my -
The Unexplained World - Internet radio broadcast. It will
also be a Holiday show. Details are already posted for the
show, I will pass it along here, later in the week.

Well that is it for now, and I leave you with this thought:
Remember it is rough out there for many people and their
families, some not knowing what tomorrow will bring them.

So for us who can help in some way, let's try and do so,
I have given and will probably do so again before the holiday
is over. It does not take much, to help those who need it,
and maybe the little bit will make a BIG difference for a
child.
