Haunted Insane Asylum Overnight is coming.
Saturday June 13 to Sunday the 14th.

Join Ursula Bielski and me (Ed Shanahan), for this
one of a kind Beyond the Veil at the Bartonville
Insane Asylum in Peoria, IL.

We have a daylight video tour of location and I just
added the Internet radio interview Annette and I had
on our show with J.C. Harris who assists running

All I can say is what I'm feeling as time gets
closer to this night. This may be a night of picking
up all kinds feelings from the many spirits, deaths
and those who where the Incurable Insane and
knew no other home then the Insane Asylum.
I've experienced many places, some like the
Villisca Axe Murder House I could not only feel
but seen in my mind what happened.

One location in the Chicago area that I can not
call by name here, I was hit by all the emotions
of the dead and living and they hit me from
all directions all at one time and was never
ending and actually pushed me against the
wall as I was being hit from all directions by
the emotional feelings in the place of the
Spirits and the living. So I'm just wondering
what this place holds for me and maybe
all of those who attend.

Michelle who is a Spirit Seer will be joining
me and Ursula on this night, as will the
LAPS Investigation Team. We will also
have Ursula's Ghost Box with us on this
night.

Beyond The Veil goes to the Haunted Joliet
Mansion - The Scutt Mansion and there is a
little bonus thrown in for those reading this
here, to assist you in maybe giving this as

to assist those with our feelings and maybe Michelle

Bits of this and that

Hello Friends,

Whew is about the best way to start this blog. I've been a
bit busy, Thanksgiving was the 1st weekend I did not
have something going on with either the paranormal stuff
or doing parties.

Since August I have been taking groups of individuals to
the haunted Scutt Mansion in Joliet, and working with
Historical Societies, involved with others on their tours
and the house parties. Already booked into January.
Busy but I enjoy it.

Ursula Bielski and I have already set some locations
for our Beyond The Veil, with the 1st one coming up
in January. Details will be known shortly.

This Sunday the 14th, is the start Annette's and my -
The Unexplained World - Internet radio broadcast. It will
also be a Holiday show. Details are already posted for the
show, I will pass it along here, later in the week.

Well that is it for now, and I leave you with this thought:
Remember it is rough out there for many people and their
families, some not knowing what tomorrow will bring them.

So for us who can help in some way, let's try and do so,
I have given and will probably do so again before the holiday
is over. It does not take much, to help those who need it,
and maybe the little bit will make a BIG difference for a

Stronger the psychic readings & last nights haunted location

Hello Friends,

Last night as always, the individuals who came out to
the Historical home, Senator John Humphrey House
for our Beyond the Veil, where a joy to be with.

They had nice experiences with working with Ursula and
having hands on experience working with the paranormal
tools we brought out with us.

The readings of the items of loved ones who have
passed, bringing much happiness for the people who
I give the readings for, and in many cases much
stronger readings have been coming about.

In this type of situation the readings are what I call
public readings, with the approval of the individual
who brought an item of the loved one, I give a reading
for all to hear what I'm saying. This is also done at
Cigars & Stripes, the location in Berwyn that I was
at Thursday night. This way all become involved in
some way, be it other family members present or
just those just interested in the readings, and it
also puts me at a level of doing it for all to hear.

Last night the readings of the loved one's items is
are the only readings I did and were done in the
living room where the majority of the Humphrey
Family were waked (back in that time, many
families waked their loved ones in their home).

Then it came to a point last night with the last reading,
those listening in were moved by what was described,
as I described what was put in the coffin of the loved
one who passed away and how it was put in there
with the love one.

It was very moving for the person I did the reading for,
and moving for others who were sitting or standing
around listening, for some on a different level.

Then we moved to doing my 'Circle of Energy'.

It was a very enjoyable night and Thank You to all
who came out.

Next Saturday eve (May 3rd) we will be broadcasting
live on our Internet radio broadcast from the Villisca Axe
Murder House, at 9:30 pm central time. Annette will
be running the controls for the broadcast. This Beyond
The Veil overnighter has been filled since 2007.

I have made a new discovery of another haunted public
